First, a quick promise
When you reach out to us about your kitchen, we treat your details the way we'd want our own treated. No selling, no sharing, no reselling, no marketing trades. The information you give us is for one thing: to help you choose the right counter and prepare an honest quote.

Who you're dealing with
We're a small Whitehorse business owned and operated by Bostjan, working out of 16 Willow Crescent, Whitehorse YT Y1A 4P8. The official entity is INFINITY Yukon Inc. (842148). When you contact us, you're contacting Bostjan directly, not a call centre.
What we ask for, and why
When you fill in our contact form, we collect just enough to do the job and call you back:
- Your name, so we know who we're talking to.
- Your phone number, because most kitchen conversations happen faster on the phone.
- Your email, so we can send you photos, slab shortlists, or a written quote.
- Where the project is, so we know whether it's ten minutes from the warehouse or a Dawson trip.
- Anything you write in the message box, exactly as you wrote it. Nothing more.
We don't run advertising pixels, we don't use tracking cookies, and we don't profile you. Our website does use a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics beacon (Cloudflare Web Analytics) so we can see which pages people visit, in totals, never tied to a person.
Who actually sees it
The form goes through Web3Forms (a tool that turns website forms into emails) and lands in our [email protected] inbox. Bostjan reads it, plus any team member helping prepare your quote. That's the entire list.
How long we hang on to it
Quote inquiries stay in our email so we can pick the conversation back up if you reach out again, even years later. Active customer records are kept for 7 years because the Canada Revenue Agency asks us to. After that, they're archived. If you'd rather we delete your details sooner, just ask.
Your rights, your call
Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) gives you the right to:
- See what we have about you on file.
- Fix anything wrong in that record.
- Ask us to delete it (with the CRA exception noted above).
- Tell us to stop emailing at any time, no explanation needed.
Use the same email or phone number above. We aim to reply within two business days.
How we keep it safe
The website runs over HTTPS only, with a strict Content Security Policy that limits what code can load. Forms travel encrypted over TLS. We don't store your data on the website itself: submissions arrive straight in our email inbox, where they live behind Google's account security and our two-factor sign-in.
A note about kids
Our work is aimed at homeowners and contractors, so we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If anything changes
If we ever update how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and (if it affects you directly) we'll send you a quick note by email. No fine print, no surprises.
