Quote Terms & Conditions
The standard conditions that apply to every quote we issue.
Quote validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After that period, material prices may change due to supplier price adjustments. We will honour the quoted price within the 30-day validity window.
Site measurement
All quotes are based on initial measurements provided by you, or on our preliminary site visit. Before fabrication, we perform a final highest-precision digital template on site. If those final measurements materially differ from the initial measurements, we will discuss any pricing adjustment with you before proceeding.
Deposits and payment terms
A deposit (typically 50% of the quote total) is due at contract signing to reserve fabrication slots and order materials. The balance is due on completion of installation.
Payment methods accepted:
- e-Transfer
- Cheque
- Credit card (a 3% processing fee may apply)
Scope changes
Any changes to the scope of work (additional square footage, sink relocation, edge profile changes, material substitutions) will be quoted as a written change order before being undertaken.
Cancellation
Once materials are ordered, cancellations are subject to restocking fees from our suppliers. Cancellations made before material ordering forfeit only a small administrative fee.
Site readiness
The work area should be cleared of personal items before installation day. Cabinets must be installed and level. Plumbing disconnect and reconnect can be coordinated through us, or arranged separately on your end.
Quality Pledge
We stand behind every install with a Quality Pledge: if a seam, cutout, or edge isn't right, we come back to make it right. Premium quartz materials we install also carry the brand's own quality assurance from the manufacturer.
Force majeure
Delays caused by weather, supplier shipping disruption (notable in the Yukon), or other circumstances beyond our control will be communicated promptly. We will work with you to reschedule.
Disputes
In the rare event of a dispute, our preference is a direct conversation to find a fair resolution. Quotes and contracts are governed by the laws of Yukon Territory, Canada.
